You Will:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients
  • Support campaigns through the whole lifecycle
  • Ensure client satisfaction and high retention
  • Regular performance reporting to clients, persuasive QBR presentations
  • Ensure timely payments
  • Negotiate business terms and doing upsell
  • Push optimizations to meet client goals and internal goals
  • Internal reporting on campaigns and individual performance
  • Drive company‑wide or local projects in account management
  • Build expertise and being go‑to person in some areas of knowledge
Desired Experience:
  • Experience in account management
  • Experience in e‑commerce and/or in retargeting
  • Persuasive communication, experience in negotiations and presentations
  • Some experience in developing others would be an asset
  • Strong problem solving skills, quantitative skills, very good command of Excel
  • Good track record, success cases in the previous role(s)
  • Strong and clear motivation, being able to self‑motivate
  • Advanced English
