Requisition ID: ; Job Location(s): Osasco, BR. Danfoss's Industrial Division is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, self‑driven Account Manager to increase wallet share at existing accounts, identify new opportunities and/or customers, and drive specifications for pull‑through sales.

The Account Manager owns sales growth and relationships of assigned accounts, which may include OEM, Distributor, Integrator, and/or Prospect accounts.

Strong professional relationships with key decision makers at target accounts and close collaboration with Danfoss Business Units to plan, coordinate, and execute sales growth efforts are critical.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies and focused plans to achieve sales, price, and margin targets.
  • Focus on net new wins, opportunity funnel management, and maintaining strong business relationships.
  • Lead Industrial Business Unit initiatives at assigned accounts and in support of and collaboration with Distribution, OEM, and Virtual sales teams.
  • Ensure operational alignment with customers by effectively communicating on all relevant Danfoss policies and procedures, conducting periodic business reviews, obtaining and internally communicating customer forecasts, and managing against goals and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate and partner with internal stakeholders - Customer Service, Business Units, SAE, PAE, SDM, Pricing, Quality, Demand Planning, Marketing, etc.
  • Provide high levels of support and communication to customers.
  • Represent Voice of Customer to the organization.
  • Effectively communicate on topics such as price proposals / changes, product changes, new product needs, performance metrics, scorecards and other relevant topics to ensure Danfoss understands customer expectations and business metrics.
Background & Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years customer‑facing account management and sales development experience.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and productivity skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
  • Ability to travel throughout Americas regions.
