We are hiring a Senior Account Manager to lead business development, sales and strategic account management of White Label brokerage solutions in LATAM. This is a senior, autonomous and results-driven position, focused on market development, high-ticket B2B sales and long-term client growth. The professional will act as the primary relationship owner between B2Hive and its brokers, combining commercial execution, account management and market intelligence.
Monthly fixed fee: USD 800 – USD 1,500 (based on seniority and profile alignment)
Sales commission: 10% per White Label platform sold
Recurring performance commission: 10% over operational results of active broker accounts
