We are seeking a highly driven 360 Recruitment Consultant with a strong blend of business development and executive search experience to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to successful candidate placement. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a consultative, performance-driven environment and is comfortable building long-term client relationships while delivering high-quality talent across specialized roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients through consultative business development
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (intake, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and placement)
  • Execute headhunting strategies for mid to senior-level positions
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients on hiring needs, market trends, and talent availability
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Manage multiple open roles simultaneously with high standards of quality and speed
  • Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management in CRM / ATS tools
  • Negotiate fees, offers, and employment terms with clients and candidates
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in 360 recruitment / executive search
  • Proven background in commercial / business development + headhunting
  • Strong experience managing the full recruitment cycle independently
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  • High level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability
  • Experience working with specialized or technical roles is a strong plus
