Job summary
A leading hospitality company based in Dubai is looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee all front office functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in guest services with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading the team, managing daily operations, and ensuring service quality. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or relevant degree with several years of experience in a similar role. This position offers a chance to be part of a dynamic team in a celebrated hotel brand.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in guest services.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in hospitality management; 2 years experience dealing with guest services.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Front Office team to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and manage the quality of guest services to improve satisfaction.
- Manage department controllable expenses to achieve budget goals.
