Job summary
A technology company in Dubai is seeking a skilled Performance Tester with at least 5 years of experience in performance testing, test strategy, and scripting languages. The ideal candidate should be able to work within Agile teams and has a background in the banking domain. This position offers substantial growth opportunities on large-scale projects.

- At least 5 years of experience in Performance Testing
- At least 5 years of experience in test strategy and test design
- At least 5 years of experience in one or more scripting languages required for performance testing
- Experience with banking domain is preferable
- At least 5 years of experience in test execution, monitoring, analysis & reporting
- Tool experience – LoadRunner, JMeter is preferable
- Ability to work within Agile team - collaborating with Product owners/business analysts and developers to understand requirements
- Ability to perform Design and Code inspections and recommend working solutions
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
