About The Role

The Training Manager for Food & Beverage department at Atlantis is assisting the Director of Food and Beverage and the Executive Chef in developing a plan and managing learning and development programs for the Food and Beverage division to meet both individual and organizational needs. They work alongside, develop, and manage a pool of departmental trainers to ensure that regular and consistent departmental training is delivered to fulfill the needs of all operational departments. Additionally, they promote and inform employees about all training programs, display leadership in guest hospitality, exemplify excellent customer service, and create a positive atmosphere for guest relations. They help colleagues identify specific behaviors that will contribute to service excellence, ensure colleagues receive ongoing training to understand guest expectations and use effective training methods to ensure that colleagues have a good understanding of guest satisfaction and can demonstrate guest satisfaction skills.

About You

To be considered, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of five years of progressive experience and training in a luxury hotel with FORBES standards or standalone restaurant training experience. They should have effective communication skills (both written and verbal) and comfortable delivering presentations to senior management at all levels of the organization, as well as having experience working in a fast-paced environment.
