Job Description:

We are looking for nine skilled CRM Specialists to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer relationship management (CRM) system to enhance customer interactions and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for improvement in customer relations and retention.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective use of the CRM system for campaigns and lead management.
  • Generate reports and dashboards using advanced Excel to track CRM metrics and performance.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on best practices and functionalities of the CRM system.
  • Support the integration of CRM tools with other business systems to streamline processes.
  • Stay updated on CRM trends and tools to continuously improve system efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CRM Specialist or similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and reporting.
