Job summary
A leading property management company in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service and enhance client relations. The ideal candidate will be an Emirati National with a Bachelor’s degree and have experience in customer service, preferably in real estate. Proficiency in Arabic and English, along with good organizational skills, is essential. Immediate joiners are preferred.

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various communication channels, including phone and email.
- Provide detailed information about our property management services, leasing options, and amenities.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer requests are met in a timely manner.
