Commercial Operations Manager for the Middle East, Turkey & Africa (META) region — a dynamic role responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, optimizing forecasting and reporting, and ensuring commercial excellence across our regional operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Pricing & Contract Management: Oversee contract documentation, manage large-scale projects, ensure financial compliance, and support audits.

  • Forecasting: Coordinate regional forecasting activities, prepare planning tools, and lead weekly forecast calls with Sales Managers.

  • Reporting: Deliver timely reports on orders, revenue, and KPIs, supporting data-driven decision-making.

  • Funnel & Marketing Support: Maintain SFDC dashboards, enhance forecasting tools, and conduct market size and share analysis.

  • Strategic Initiatives: Identify, execute, and monitor key business projects to enhance revenue growth and margin control.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong cross-functional alignment in a matrix environment and communicate commercial strategies effectively.

  • Risk & Compliance: Evaluate contractual risks and ensure adherence to SOX and Danaher policies.

Qualifications
  • Industry Experience: Proven background in healthcare systems — ideally in IVD or life sciences solutions — with deep understanding of hospital and laboratory environments.

  • Education: Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).

  • Skills:

    • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in SAP, BW, Excel, and financial analysis.

    • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.

    • Capable of working effectively in remote, multicultural teams.

  • Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic.

  • Mobility: Willing to travel across the Middle East and Europe as required.
