Your responsibilities will include managing the administrative functions, coordinating events, and supporting the sales team to achieve its objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the sales gallery, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
  • Coordinate sales events and exhibitions, including logistics, setup, and follow-up activities.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales materials, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and inventory.
  • Oversee the scheduling of appointments and tours for prospective buyers.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers related to gallery operations.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and branding guidelines within the sales gallery.
  • Monitor and analyze gallery performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
