Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager for our Elite Mortgage Sales team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient loan processing
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with UAE mortgage regulations and company policies

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in mortgage sales, with a proven track record of managing and leading high-performing sales teams
  • In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, financial services, and UAE mortgage market regulations
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent leadership abilities, including team management, motivation, and coaching
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough understanding of UAE real estate trends and property valuation
  • Relevant mortgage or financial certifications (e.g., Certified Mortgage Banker) preferred
  • Ability to travel within the UAE for client meetings or industry events as needed
