Job summary
A leading healthcare provider in the UAE is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide and coordinate patient-centric nursing care. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least two years of nursing experience, preferably with outpatient care. Candidates should possess basic Arabic skills, strong knowledge of patient safety standards, and be computer literate. The ideal nurse values collaboration with multi-professional teams to ensure quality patient care and positive experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
- Valid BLS certificate is essential.
- At least two years of nursing experience in home country.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care with a multi-professional team.
- Ensure patient safety by managing clinical risks.
- Create a conducive environment for positive patient experiences.
- Supervise and mentor nursing learners and employees.
Skills
Education
Provide and coordinate patient‑centric and evidence based nursing care by ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company
- Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation
- Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation
- Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership
- Create and contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence by actively supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing employees
- Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- valid BLS certificate
- Essential: At least two years in own country
- Essential: Outpatient nursing experience
- Desired: UAE experience would be beneficial
- Basic Arabic language skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Verbal and written communication skills in English
