Job summary
A renowned food and beverage organization is seeking a Floor Supervisor for their Dubai location at The Dubai Mall. The role involves managing customer interactions, overseeing staff performance, and ensuring adherence to operational standards. Candidates should have a Technical Degree in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management and possess 3-4 years of experience in F&B operations. This position emphasizes teamwork, customer focus, and decision-making abilities.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in F&B operations, with 1 year in a supervisory role.
Responsibilities
- Handle customers' bill payments and deal with complaints.
- Oversee work done by staff and ensure adherence to preparation techniques.
- Greet customers and assist them in their selections.
- Participate in monthly inventory for all brand equipment.
- Ensure proper uniform and personal hygiene at all times.
