Responsible for all aspects of the design, development, and implementation of software and database solutions.

Conceptualize and design software and database solutions and manage processes with the team.

Work together with the team to plan and execute projects.

Lend support to the team during design, development, and implementation to ensure solid, scalable, and robust solutions.

Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels, career, and skills development.

Support and maintain software and database systems to meet business delivery specifications and needs.

Ensure realistic estimates for timelines to meet deadlines.

Effectively manage day-to-day activities in coordination with a team to meet deliverables and schedule.

Collaborate closely with database and application users to understand and develop existing processes.

Having a strong understanding of the software development cycle.

Design, develop, and implement software and database solutions, including:

• Prototyping of concepts
• Development of standards
• Design and development of test plans
• Code and module design
• Development and testing
• Implementation of solutions

Provide a software development plan that meets the future needs of the company.

Adhere to PBG’s HSE Policy.

Ensure members’ 100% PPE compliance based on machine and area requirements.

Ensure members & visitors are not wearing jewelry or loose clothing while inside the shop floor.

Educate members on Health & Safety culture.

Provide corrective actions to eliminate incident recurrence.

Conduct regular toolbox talks regarding OHS issues.

Coordinate with the safety officer on all H&S issues.

Address H&S issues observed around the shop floor.
