About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Play Attendant (Seasonal) to join the Kids Club team at Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties include:

1. Supervising and engaging children through scheduled activities across different age groups.
2. Ensuring children’s safety by monitoring and following risk assessments.
3. Providing babysitting services during and outside duty hours when available.
4. Operating reception duties, including guest registration, security checks, and providing guest information.
5. Enforcing club rules to maintain a safe and respectful environment, following SOPs, policies, and cleanliness standards.
6. Supporting events, administrative tasks, and other duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Manager.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Experience in a similar role within a luxury 5-star property; childcare experience and sports background are advantageous.
2. Proficiency in English and Russian languages.
3. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
4. Experience working in a multicultural environment.
5. Seasonal contract: from October 2025 to May 2026.
