Ontime Group is in search of a dedicated and compassionate Filipino Registered Nurse with a valid MOH (Ministry of Health) license. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in various healthcare settings, ensuring the wellbeing of patients through professional and empathetic service. • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessments, medications, and monitoring vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to meet each patient's needs.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health management, treatment options, and wellness practices.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols while delivering care in various environments.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and stay current with nursing practices.

• Valid MOH (Ministry of Health) license as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working as a Registered Nurse, preferably in diverse healthcare settings.
• Filipino nationality preferred, with fluency in English and Tagalog.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Compassionate approach to patient care with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours and locations.
