Job Description Job DescriptionAs a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) - Male, you will be providing compassionate, personalized healthcare services to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This role requires an individual who is empathetic, dedicated, and has a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for managing patient care plans, administering medications, and educating patients and their families on various health conditions and home care procedures. Your role is pivotal in promoting a safe and supportive environment, which involves close collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create optimal patient outcomes. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to provide emotional support for both patients and their families.Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient health and home environment.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments to patients accurately.
• Monitor and document any changes in patients' health conditions.
• Provide patient and family education on disease management and prevention.
• Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure excellent patient care.
• Help patients with daily activities like dressing and hygiene tasks.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patients' health status.
• Ensure patient safety by adhering to infection control protocols.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide critical care effectively.
• Participate in regular training to stay updated with healthcare advancements.

Requirements

• Valid RN license to practice in home care settings.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in home care.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Basic life support certification is required for this position.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
