- Produce employee and task routines.
- Take care of and keep track of participants presence and work.
- Adhere to appropriate safety policies.
- Manage and lead using equipment and machinery.
- Review plans, drawings and sketches to fully understand requirements.
- Take dimensions and calculate the dimensions and amount of material required.
- Cut, form and smooth lumber and other materials (e.g., fiberglass) according to dimensions.
- Build window frames, doors, stairs and framework buildings using basic materials or pre-constructed items.
