1. Support in the acquisition of new clients in predefined markets while adhering to applicable cross-border rules.
2. Manage prequalification calls and due diligence questionnaires.
3. Coordinate all client matters from processes and paperwork to the overall client experience.
4. Develop and maintain a domestic and international prospect list for the respective client segment, with corresponding prioritization and market strategy.
5. Position Response Plus Medical Services as the preferred partner.
6. Handle client prospect-related requests and inquiries.
7. Work closely with Legal and Compliance to ensure a smooth onboarding and efficient due diligence process.
8. Define and enhance the product and services catalog for clients.
9. Continuously self-educate in medicine and healthcare technology.

1. University degree (Bachelor level) in Healthcare, Medicine, or Business Administration.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
3. Experience working in a fully regulated healthcare environment is preferred.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
5. Hands-on experience in client onboarding within the healthcare sector.
6. A team player with a hands-on mentality and the ability to learn quickly.
7. Reliable and detail-oriented individual.
8. Willingness to take ownership and deliver results.
9. Knowledge of the medical industry and healthcare technology is a plus.
