Ontime Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with a valid DHA license to join our healthcare team. In this role you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care across various clinical settings focused on improving patient outcomes and ensuring patient comfort and safety. • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients including assessments, medication administration and monitoring of vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans and preventive care measures.
• Document patient assessments, care provided and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Previous nursing experience is preferred, ideally in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient‑centered care.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Detail‑oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying work environments and schedules.
