Job summary
A leading construction firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to oversee electrical installations and manage teams effectively. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to safety standards. Your role will involve planning and coordinating installations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. This full-time position requires a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience, a valid electrical license, and an OSHA certification.

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in electrical construction with proven experience as an electrical foreman.
- Valid electrical license or certification required.
- OSHA safety certification necessary.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As an Electrical Foreman you will play a crucial role in overseeing electrical installations managing teams and ensuring project success in one of the worlds most dynamic construction markets.
- Lead and supervise a team of electricians providing guidance training and performance evaluations
- Plan coordinate and oversee electrical installations for commercial and residential projects
- Interpret blueprints schematics and electrical drawings to ensure accurate implementation
- Manage project timelines resources and budgets to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with other construction teams project managers and clients to ensure seamless project
- Stay updated on local electrical codes regulations and industry best practices
- Maintain accurate records of work performed materials used and project progress
- Ensure all electrical work meets Dubais construction regulations and electrical standards
- Minimum 57 years of experience in electrical construction with proven experience as an electrical foreman or in a supervisory role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
- Valid electrical license or certification
- OSHA safety certification
- Extensive knowledge of electrical systems codes and construction industry standards
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Advanced problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office and project management software
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and Dubais construction regulations
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment with changing priorities
