We are looking for a Videographer / Photographer to join our team and bring compelling visual storytelling to life. This hybrid role requires a hands‑on professional who excels in both videography and photography capturing high‑quality visuals for a variety of platforms. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, strong technical expertise and the ability to manage shoots from concept to final production. Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production

• Plan and edit high‑quality videos and photos for marketing campaigns, social media and corporate content.
• Capture compelling product photography, corporate headshots, event coverage and brand storytelling visuals.
• Operate and maintain professional cameras, lighting and audio equipment for optimal results.
• Ensure consistency in color grading, composition and editing style aligned with brand guidelines.
• Manage post‑production editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop.

Creative Direction & Strategy

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop engaging visual concepts.
• Research and implement the latest trends in video production, photography and motion graphics.
• Optimize content for different platforms (social media, websites, advertisements) to maximize engagement.

Technical & Operational Management

• Set up and execute studio and on‑location shoots ensuring high‑quality production.
• Manage camera settings, lighting and composition to produce visually appealing footage.
• Stay updated on emerging photography and videography technologies to enhance production quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in both videography and photography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.)
• Experience with lighting setups, camera equipment and audio recording.
• Strong understanding of composition, framing and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently.

Work Arrangement

This is a full‑time onsite position with no remote or hybrid work options. Candidates must be available to work from the designated location.
