Job summary
A real estate agency in Dubai is looking for a Sales Consultant experienced in the UAE market. Responsibilities include persuading buyers, managing client relationships, and conducting property tours. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate laws and demonstrate strong negotiation skills. A competitive salary package ranging from AED 5000 to AED 7000, along with standard benefits as per UAE Labor Law, will be provided to the right candidate.

- Deep understanding of UAE real estate laws & RERA regulations
- Knowledge of offplan and secondary market properties
- Awareness of mortgage financing, property registration & legal contracts
- Familiarity with freehold vs. leasehold ownership
- Ability to source, qualify & nurture leads effectively
- Proficiency in using digital marketing & social media platforms for sales
- Ability to handle multiple clients, deals & negotiations simultaneously
- Strong problem solving skills and adaptability to market changes
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and resilient in a competitive market
