- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam is a plus).

As a Contract Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and assistance in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts for our clients. This role is based in El-Fujairah, UAE, and is open to Malayalees with experience in contract law.
- Advise clients on contractual rights and obligations
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts such as employment agreements, service agreements, lease agreements, etc.
- Ensure that contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations
- Conduct legal research to support contract negotiations
- Provide guidance on legal issues related to contract disputes or breaches
- Liaise with external lawyers or legal teams as needed
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a lawyer specializing in contract law
- Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations pertaining to contracts
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Biometric passport is preferred
