TEAM Energy is looking for an experienced Telecommunications Engineer for permanent/employee work in Dubai.

• To provide expertise, guidance, and best practice advice to install, configure, diagnose, and overcome challenges while designing, managing, maintaining, and supporting the Corporate Communications for both Onshore and Offshore Infrastructure.

• This includes Microwave radio connectivity systems (Point to Point and Point to Multipoint), Very High Frequency (VHF) / Ultra High Frequency (UHF) base and handheld radios, Non-Directional Beacon (NDB) systems, Closed-circuit television (CCTV) surveillance systems, Hybrid Telephony systems and voice communications, and software applications used to deliver these services.

1. Develop and maintain microwave radio communications (point-to-point and point-to-multipoint).
2. Manage communication systems to ensure they meet performance standards.
3. Perform preventive maintenance on communication and surveillance systems.
4. Participate in security management and incident resolution.
5. Manage small to medium-scale projects, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Minimum of 5 years experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining medium scale long range Microwave, Radio, IP Telephony, voice communications, and Video Management Systems.

In-depth Knowledge and experience in, implementation, troubleshooting, and managing of:

• Point-to-Point and Point-to-Multipoint Microwave radio networks.
• Time-division multiplexing telecommunication systems.
• Voice over Internet Protocol (IP) communication systems.
• Handheld Radios, Base Stations, Marine and Air Band Radios.
• Non-Directional Beacons.
• Satellite Communications.
• Video Management Solutions.
• Communication management and monitoring tools.

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, computer systems or equivalent.

Certifications in Telephony systems and Microwave and Radio communications are preferred.
