A leading hospitality group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Cluster Sales Manager – Corporate. In this role, you will drive sales growth and manage corporate client relationships. Ideal candidates will have over 7 years of experience in corporate sales, strong strategic planning skills, and excellent negotiation abilities. This position offers an opportunity to lead and mentor a high-performing sales team in a dynamic environment.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Sales Manager – Corporate to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing corporate client relationships across multiple clusters in the region.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our corporate client base and increase revenue within assigned clusters
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate accounts
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to corporate clients
- Forecast sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Negotiate high-value contracts and oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record of managing and growing corporate accounts
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills
- Excellent client relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and financial analysis tools
- Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of corporate sales strategies and best practices
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex market trends and data
- Willingness to travel within the assigned cluster region as required
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus
