Collins Aerospace is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defence industry. We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager to our team. Apply now and be part of the team that's redefining aerospace every day. This remote role requires occasional travel to Collins and client sites in the Middle East and overseas.

What you will do:
  • Establish strategy to drive implementation of initiatives, financial growth opportunities and business development efforts.
  • Manage network of relationships with key current and potential customers to achieve shared goals and lead customer relations management.
  • Consult with the executive leadership team to drive strategy and partnership decisions.
  • Guide coordination with marketing, sales and technology groups to implement business development strategy.
  • Monitor and evaluate the external environment for financial growth opportunities, guide the planning of complex business proposals and make recommendations to senior management for strategic decisions.
  • Develop customer strategy, satisfaction and escalation processes (1st point).
  • Perform demand forecasting, customer stocking, maintenance planning and fleet dynamics.
  • Ensure forecast accuracy and top‑line growth.
Experience & Qualifications we prefer:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar senior role.
  • Aerospace industry experience is preferred.
  • Account Management and contract development experience; knowledge of the company’s customer base, needs and requirements.
  • Technical background is highly desirable.
  • A STEM degree is desirable.
  • Proven people leadership in a matrix organisation.
  • Solid understanding of interiors products and service offerings in aerospace.
