Job Requirements
  • Develops, executes, and drives the luxury leisure segment strategy for the assigned markets and account base.
  • Prepares action plans targeting existing and new accounts to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Identifies and uncovers new prospect accounts through various channels and converts them into loyal clients via targeted sales activities, maximizing room, group, and catering revenues.
  • Attends trade shows, conferences, industry meetings, networking events, workshops, and conducts national and international sales trips (travel required), including sales calls, site inspections, and familiarization trips.
  • Builds and maintains strong internal and external customer relationships.
  • Analyzes and maintains knowledge of customer markets and trends, conducting regular business reviews and sales progress reports.
  • Coordinates internally with relevant departments for client functions, communications, VIP reporting, and other sales and marketing activities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Holder.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 2 years in a luxury 5-star property.
  • License or Certification: Driver's License preferred.
  • Open to international travel for business purposes.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal; additional languages preferred.
