Job Purpose :

• Building strong relations with existing and new clients in order to grow the network and reputation.
• Sourcing & Negotiating offers with prospective buyers & and sellers / landlords from viewing through to the offer stage.
• Matching clients to specific properties, arranging and conducting viewings.
• Regular care calls to all clients, following up after each viewing.
• Keeping up to date with market trends in the local property market.
• Conducting market appraisals and valuations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and bankers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers and realtors, especially in Abu Dhabi & Dubai.
