We are seeking a talented OSH Engineer to join our team based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

The OSH Engineer will be responsible for managing KEO’s Safety Management System on our project, providing HSE advice and information to staff and contractors, and raising health and safety standards on site.

Success in this role includes:

• Monitoring and enforcing safety standards in compliance with KEO’s Health and Safety Management System and client requirements.
• Performing facility inspections and reporting on conditions affecting daily operations.
• Tracking all facility-related activities.
• Providing FM technical support to maintenance teams.
• Reviewing and inspecting work areas for potential safety hazards.
• Ensuring staff wear PPE, use hard hats and protective footwear, operate equipment safely, and follow safety policies.
• Conducting daily project inspections to ensure compliance and recommend improvements.
• Investigating accidents, establishing reports, and recommending preventive measures.
• Developing safety policies to reduce accident-related costs.
• Collaborating with managers and workers to set safety policies.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 12 years of experience and a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

Required qualifications include:

• NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent
• ISO-45001 Lead Auditor qualification

Experience working on large-scale Precast Villas projects in the UAE is preferred.
