Oenologist (English Speaking)

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Oenologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of wine production and tasting. This is a part-time role, but the candidate must be available for urgent projects when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on different grape varieties, soil types, and climate conditions to determine the best methods for producing high-quality wines.
• Monitor wine fermentation process and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform regular laboratory tests to ensure wine quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with winemakers to develop new blends and improve existing ones.
• Conduct sensory evaluations of wines to determine their characteristics and quality.
• Keep detailed records of all production processes and results.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and advancements in technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Oenology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Oenologist.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
