Steward - Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Hotel - (220000IE).

Location: United Arab Emirates (AE) - Abu Dhabi - Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities

• To carry out duties as appointed by the Stewarding Manager, Aide Supervisor, Stewarding and also the Manager, Stewarding.
• To perform basic cleaning duties as appointed by the Group Leader in accordance with established standards of efficiency and timetables.
• To guarantee the safe, appropriate and economical use of Stewarding equipment, including:
• Dishwashing Device
• Glass washing Device
• Pot Washer
• Floor Cleaning and Maintenance machines
• Silver Burnishing Machine
• Transport Cars

• To cleanse, wash and polish dishes and other operating equipment in any Food and Beverage outlet according to the established health and cleanliness standards.

• To cleanse, wash, polish utensils and other operating equipment in any Food and Drink outlet according to recognized hygiene and sanitation requirements.

• To cleanse, wash pots, pans and other kitchen utensils in accordance with well established health and sanitation standards.
