The duties of the Florist include creating beautiful arrangements for a wide variety of occasions, such as weddings, birthdays, and other special events. You will be responsible for selecting the freshest flowers and coordinating colors to ensure the best end product. You must have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide advice on flower selection and design tips. Additionally, you will need to handle customer inquiries, process orders, and manage inventory.
To be successful in this role you must have at least 2 years of experience working with flowers in a professional setting. You should also possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience working with florists’ software is an advantage.
