The Registered Nurse will deliver exceptional patient care by conducting assessments, administering treatments, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role includes monitoring patient progress, adhering to professional standards, and maintaining a safe care environment.

• Patient Communication & Collaboration:
  Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Patient Care & Environment Maintenance:
  Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, following infection control protocols and ensuring all safety standards are met.
• Legal & Ethical Standards:
  Adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional standards in nursing practice.
• Accurate Documentation:
  Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
• Patient Progress Monitoring:
  Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs.
• Patient Assessment:
  Assess and record patients' symptoms and medical histories to ensure appropriate care.
• Medication & Treatment Administration:
  Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to physician orders and document patient responses.

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or equivalent).
• Licensing:
  Valid nursing license in accordance with local healthcare regulations.
• Experience:
  Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a clinical environment.
• Skills:
  Strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
