Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Part-time Commis Chef / Cashier for one of our dynamic food service based client in Liwa Western Region Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with hands‑on experience in burger preparation and beverage service seeking a short‑term opportunity with structured support and accommodation. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service and operational efficiency in a fast‑paced restaurant environment. This position offers a unique chance to gain valuable experience in both kitchen and front‑of‑house operations with full support including housing and a competitive daily rate. Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble burgers, fries and other menu items following standardized recipes and quality control guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen workstations, equipment and storage areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of beverages including hot and cold drinks, smoothies and specialty orders.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately handling transactions, processing payments and providing receipts.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently and ensure a positive dining experience.>
• Restock kitchen and front‑of‑house supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Adhere to health safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
• Support senior kitchen staff and supervisors with daily prep tasks, cleaning and inventory management.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with professionalism and courtesy.
• Contribute to a clean, organized and welcoming environment for both staff and guests.

Requirements

• Male candidates only, preferably with a valid UAE visa and NOC.
• 13 years of hands‑on experience in a fast‑food or restaurant setting with proven experience in burger preparation and beverage service.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high‑pressure fast‑paced environment.
• Basic numeracy and cash‑handling skills with accuracy in transactions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Willingness to live on‑site in provided accommodation during the assignment.
• Must be available to start on 1 December 2025.
