Job summary
A finance management company located in the UAE is seeking a Head of Finance to oversee the company's financial strategy, ensuring compliance and strong risk management. The successful candidate will lead budgeting and financial planning, manage financial reporting and internal controls, and drive efficiency across finance operations. An advanced degree along with certifications such as CPA or CFA is preferred, with at least 15 years of experience in finance roles. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Proven knowledge of financial practices and procedures.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, marina, or F&B businesses is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Lead preparation of financial statements and compliance disclosures.
- Implement internal financial controls.
- Monitor cash flow management and liquidity.
- Manage Finance staff performance and training.
