A leading global engineering firm in Dubai is seeking a Senior NOC Engineer to manage and coordinate No Objection Certificate processes for infrastructure projects. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in utility coordination and familiarity with UAE authorities such as RTA and DEWA. The role involves ensuring compliance, tracking NOC applications, and liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues effectively.
