Job summary
A leading company in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to manage HR operations, support recruitment activities, and ensure smooth employee relations. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and possess strong communication and organizational skills, as well as 2+ years of HR experience. The position is full-time and offers a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
