We are hiring a Sales Coordinator to support our growing operations in fit-outs interiors joinery printing exhibition stands and event production. The ideal candidate will be organized detail-oriented and proactive in managing client communication documentation and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation such as: Quotations / Invoices / Delivery Notes / Purchase Orders
  • Coordinate with production procurement and delivery teams
  • Maintain records of client interactions project updates and sales reports
  • Assist with office administration tasks
  • Support basic HR activities (documentation attendance coordination etc.)
  • Represent the company professionally with clients and vendors
  • Travel for meetings or deliveries when needed (with company vehicle or allowance)
