Our updated mission continues to reinforce our value of strong partnerships, where trust is needed above all.

Your Mission

Act as the Regional Top C&SP Customer – Business support and Risk Coordinator for the Top (TBC) regional C&SP accounts, ensuring coherent end‑to‑end demand visibility and capacity alignment & coordination across existing functions (Sales, GSC, BU Planning, ETO & PS Factories).

Rather than replacing existing demand and supply ownership, this role orchestrates, synchronizes, and elevates planning inputs to provide leadership with a single, reliable view of short-, mid-, and long‑term demand signals (6 months to 5 years) for the region’s most critical customers.

The role focuses on anticipation, coordination, and early risk signalling to support predictable execution and informed capacity and investment decisions.

Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for C&SP segment demand and capacity orchestrator‑coordinator across Sales, Supply Chain, ETO & PS Factories, and Leadership.

Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!

  • Own the monthly forecast for non‑ETO demand, directly linked to active pursuits and account roadmaps.
  • Build and maintain a 3‑layer forecast:
    • Committed
    • Probable
    • Strategic
  • Translate customer roadmaps and pursuits into a 0–18 month rolling demand curve.
  • Ensure forecast is properly translated and considered into monthly zone demand plans
Capacity Coordination (Cross‑Functional Alignment)
  • Active participation in translating the 6‑month MW Build Plan into detailed offer‑level and factory‑level capacity requirements.
    • Help develop and maintain a coordinated capacity plan covering Prefab, UPS, Cooling, MV/LV, Busway
  • Drive visibility to respective stakeholders to provide 18‑month to 5‑year forward‑looking capacity
SIOP Orchestration & Governance
  • Lead and orchestrate a light monthly SIOP cadence per C&SP Top strategic account.
  • Ensure structured alignment across Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, and ETO & PS Factories.
  • Establish and run pursuit review governance for XXL Data Center deals, including sequencing and prioritization.
Risk Management & Early Warning
  • Identify and flag capacity risks, bottlenecks, and constraints (factory loading, critical components, engineering).
  • Proactively escalate early alerts to VP and leadership with mitigation options.
  • Maintain inventory reservation flags and constraints dashboards.
Strategic Enablement
  • Support leadership in long‑term strategic trade‑offs (make/buy, footprint, investments, sequencing).
  • Enable early factory loading (6–9 months) to reduce last‑minute allocations and surprises.
  • Drive consistency and discipline in planning across regions and accounts
