Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire order lifecycle and coordinate between sales, customer service, florists, and drivers.
• Support with planning delivery routes and troubleshoot delivery issues.
• Maintain product standards and support quality control processes.
• Assist marketing and events, coordinate influencer drops, campaigns, and corporate installations.
• Prepare reports and contribute to SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Oversee the entire order lifecycle, coordinate between sales, customer service, florists and drivers maintain inventory accuracy and also coordinate with suppliers
• Delivery & Logistics: Support with planning routes, troubleshoot delivery issues, ensure timely fulfilment
• Quality Assurance: Maintain product standards, support quality control processes
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Assist marketing and events, coordinate influencer drops, campaigns, and corporate installations
• Reporting & Process Development: Prepare reports, contribute to SOPs, promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
