Maintenance Technician Job Location Dubai UAE Key Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical and plumbing issues Perform maintenance on HVAC generators pumps and other essential systems Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues Maintain records of all repairs inspections and maintenance work Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs Assist in installation and upgrades of machinery and systems Requirements Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Electrical or a related field Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role Strong knowledge of electrical plumbing HVAC and mechanical systems Ability to read technical manuals and schematics Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards Problem solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Physically fit and able to handle tools and equipment
