Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and conduct all laboratory trials and material tests.
  • Perform sieve analysis and aggregate grading.
  • Plot and interpret Particle Size Distribution (PSD) curves.
  • Recommend grading and mix corrections to achieve optimum curve distribution.
  • Conduct compressive and flexural strength tests.
  • Report standard deviation across trials and production batches.
  • Maintain complete test records (digital and physical).
  • Ensure compliance with ASTM / BS / EN standards.
  • Support production teams with data-driven mix optimization.
