Job summary
A hospitality staffing agency is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant for a 4-Star Deluxe Hotel in Dubai. You will be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring guest satisfaction through exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in housekeeping, knowledge of sanitation procedures, and strong communication skills. We offer a competitive salary of AED 1100 plus a fixed service charge of AED 500, along with benefits as per UAE labor laws.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in a hotel or similar establishment.
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the job.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas including floors, furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
- Replace bed linens, towels, and amenities as required.
- Restock housekeeping supplies and maintain inventory.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
- Assist with laundry operations as needed.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
