Position Overview

The Receptionist/Administrator is a key position within our organization, emphasizing the importance of creating a positive and welcoming environment for both visitors and internal team members. As an Emirati Receptionist/Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including reception responsibilities, administrative support, language proficiency in Arabic and English, customer service, documentation maintenance, collaboration with the team, ensuring confidentiality, and additional tasks related to government coordination, client follow-ups, and facility management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Reception Duties
  • Warmly greet and receive visitors in a professional manner.
  • Efficiently handle incoming calls, directing them promptly.
  • Maintain the reception area's cleanliness and organization.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and support conference arrangements.
  • Handle travel arrangements for business trips.
  • Issue gate passes for staff as needed.
2. Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative assistance to various departments.
