Overview of the role : We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Technician to join our team in the Service department. This role involves performing dealership services on customer vehicles, ensuring optimum quality, and contributing to workshop revenue.

• Perform assigned repairs within standard time.
• Anticipate future failures and provide accurate additional job reports.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, and follow standard job flow procedures.
• Perform required repairs as per the manufacturer's standards and confirm that the repairs are fixed correctly.
• Ensure relevant check sheets and log sheets are used during diagnosing and repair.

• Strong mechanical and basic electrical knowledge.
• Familiarity with workshop equipment and tools.
• Ability to read and analyze drawings and schematics.
• Basic PC skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service
