Job summary
A recognized hospitality company in Dubai seeks an experienced individual to manage service needs and ensure venue readiness. Responsibilities include communicating with kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness, and developing positive relationships. A high school diploma is required along with 2 years of related experience and supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service and uphold high standards of professionalism.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of related work experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Communicate service needs to chefs and stewards.
- Ensure banquet rooms and coffee breaks are ready for service.
- Inspect cleanliness of china, glass, and silver before use.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
