Job summary
A leading event management company is seeking an experienced Event Planner in Dubai to oversee corporate and private events. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in event management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients and vendors. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating events while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. This is a dynamic role requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in event planning or management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate, private, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with clients to understand event objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Manage vendors, suppliers, entertainers, and service teams.
- Oversee event setup, operations, and breakdown on-site.
- Prepare event proposals, timelines, and cost estimates.
- Ensure compliance with safety, licensing, and operational standards.
- Manage staff scheduling and on-site supervision during events.
- Handle client feedback, last-minute changes, and issue resolution.
- Monitor event costs and ensure budget adherence.
- Prepare post-event reports and evaluations.
Skills
