Job summary
A healthcare provider in Dubai is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide patient-centric care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role involves delivering quality care, ensuring patient safety, and contributing to a supportive learning environment. Candidates should have a Nursing Diploma and at least two years of experience in their home country, with UAE experience considered a plus. Qualifications
- At least two years of nursing experience in own country.
- UAE experience is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Ensure patient safety by managing risks according to policies.
- Contribute to a learning environment to build employee competence.
Education
Provide and coordinate patient-centric and evidence-based nursing care, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, by ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company.
- Deliver quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation
- Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with appropriate MCME risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation
- Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership
- Contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence
- Required Education: Essential: Nursing Diploma
- Required Experience: Essential: At least two years in own country
- Desired: UAE experience would be beneficial
